Job Title: Teacher Level 3

United Planning Organization (UPO) is seeking a qualified Teacher Level 3 to join our team at Davis Elementary. As a key member of our Office of Early Learning, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to young children.

About the Position

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and at least 2-3 years of experience working with children in a licensed child development facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction and supervision in a safe and healthy learning environment for children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Encourage parent engagement and work collaboratively with families to support children's learning.
  • Ensure compliance with HSPPS and OSSE policies and procedures.
  • Model health and safety practices and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy physical classroom and playground environment.
Requirements
  • BA in Early Childhood Education and at least 2-3 years of supervised occupational experience.
  • Bilingual preference.
  • Advanced computer skills, internet, and e-mail.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
