As we continue to expand, we seek a talented Business Development Manager to contribute to our success in the Texas market.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales by designing creative solutions, negotiating contracts, and effectively managing the sales pipeline. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who excels at building partnerships and creating innovative beverage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Closing: Develop and present customized beverage catering solutions tailored to client needs, lead contract negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable deals, and close deals effectively and efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key catering and concessions industry stakeholders, attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate new business opportunities, and actively engage with potential clients through various channels to expand the company's reach and influence.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle, utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics, and regularly update pipeline status and forecast sales to the VP of Sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the catering, events, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
