Senior Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a non-profit senior care facility in Boston, MA. As a Senior Care RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the clinical team to implement procedures in a primary care nursing framework
- Participate in care planning activities and document medical records
- Coach and mentor staff members, including LPNs and PCAs
- Active MA RN license
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- Ability to work effectively in an interactive environment
