Job Summary
As a Site Safety Professional with Commercial Contracting Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and visitors on our construction sites. This is a full-time hourly position that offers full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, vacation pay, holiday pay, personal time, employee stock ownership program (ESOP), and a generous 401K program.

In this role, you will develop and implement site-specific safety plans, establish onsite emergency plans and offsite medical arrangements, organize and perform safety orientations for all direct-hire and subcontractor employees working under CCC's contract, and assist the project management team with the completion of all incident analyses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in implementing and managing site-specific safety plans, with a minimum OSHA 30 certification and preferably OSHA 500 or 510 certification. Experience in Civil Construction Safety is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans
  • Establish onsite emergency plans and offsite medical arrangements
  • Organize and perform safety orientations for all direct-hire and subcontractor employees
  • Assist the project management team with the completion of all incident analyses

Salary and Benefits
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package
