Automotive Service Technician Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician Specialist to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As an entry-level technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests by providing top-notch preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.
Our award-winning training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing, and more. You'll work closely with your team to deliver quick, easy, and trusted services that meet our high standards.
Competitive Salary: $15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes and fluid checks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests and colleagues
- Flexibility to work weekends, with some overtime opportunities
