Job Overview

Prolink is seeking a skilled Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing machines, systems, and plant.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adherence to Company policies and procedures related to safety.
  • Perform various tasks as assigned by management, including troubleshooting electrical issues and resolving problems with equipment.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and instruction to learn new job tasks and improve skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
  • Comply with sanitation guidelines and good manufacturing practices related to cleanliness, product quality, and personal hygiene.
  • Meet attendance requirements, including timely reporting of absences and working overtime as requested.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to operate various hand tools, use multimeters and oscilloscopes, and read blueprints and schematics.
  • Troubleshoot PLC, DC, and AC drive systems, as well as understand and calibrate process equipment, temperature controls, and tension control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair MCC and switchgear, motors, and motor controls, as well as electrical/electronic systems.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, based on industry standards and location. We offer competitive benefits and a positive work environment.
