Stelvio Group is on the lookout for a highly proficient and seasoned Senior Software Architect to spearhead our software development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with making critical design decisions and establishing technical standards, encompassing software coding protocols, tools, and platforms. Your primary objective will be to construct technical frameworks and steer the development of solutions that are in harmony with our business objectives. This position is essential for ensuring that our organization embraces state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies to refine our architecture, optimize processes, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Define comprehensive development aspects, from suitable technology and workflow to coding standards.
  • Design and implement groundbreaking architectural solutions that align with business goals and technology advancements.
  • Assess and select suitable technologies and frameworks to guarantee a resilient technology stack.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers and engineers.
  • Monitor the development team's progress to ensure adherence to the initial design.
  • Strategic Development: Comprehend organizational needs to outline system specifications and plan software architecture accordingly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Investigate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending best practices and frameworks.
  • Solution Design: Lead the creation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate software or hardware and propose integration methods.
  • Oversee product development and make high-level design decisions optimized for efficiency, cost, and risk.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other professionals (e.g., software developers, product managers) to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
  • Engage closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to ensure architectural integrity and innovation.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to nurture a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure software meets all quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements.
  • Establish guidelines and standards for architecture and design, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to validate compliance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to organizational operations and activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Software Architect or in a comparable senior development role.
  • Proficiency in software development and coding across various languages (C#, .NET, Java, Python, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of software and application design and architecture.
  • Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design principles.
  • Comprehension of software quality assurance principles.
  • A technical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High-quality organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Working Conditions:
