  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of ten years of experience in a related domain, or an advanced degree (Master's or higher) in a pertinent field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least ten years of experience in software engineering roles, emphasizing the design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Proven expertise in software application design and development, with a strong ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex technical challenges and driving innovative solutions.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to guide others and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing software engineering policies, standards, and procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of software development, from detailed programming to high-level architectural design, is essential.
  • Expertise in React/Redux, including react hooks and context API, along with knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in Java SE and Java EE, with experience in the Spring framework and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Node JS, particularly in stream and streaming data, and familiarity with serverless architecture and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of .Net core, including experience with entity framework and microservice architecture.
  • Familiarity with Azure and GCP, particularly in deploying services into Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participation in Agile ceremonies.
  • Experience in creating and working with microservices.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, including SQL queries and stored procedures, with a strong understanding of performance tuning and security best practices.
  • Proficient in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and using MongoDB Atlas.
  • Experience with user authentication using JWT tokens.
  • Familiarity with caching mechanisms.
