Inbound Sales Professional

Ignition CX US LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our remote sales team, you will have the opportunity to earn a base pay of $10/hour plus uncapped commissions, with top performers making up to $60,000 annually.
As a Remote Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and sell home services to customers in a remote call center environment. This requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and resilience in the face of rejection. Additionally, honesty, integrity, and ethical sales practices are essential for success in this role.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Emotional support, and a 401(k) match. Our flexible schedule allows for 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift, no later than 11 AM - 8 PM EST. You will also receive a laptop to get started from day one.
