About the Job:

M/I Homes is seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
