Job Description

Elev8 Fun is committed to delivering unparalleled guest experiences through our innovative indoor adventure parks. As a key member of our team, the Senior Sales Director will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales Team in achieving revenue goals, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Culinary teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of Sales Team members.
  • Maintain open communication channels with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless event execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of current sales experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue focused on event/ticket sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, or Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $50K-$55K/year + commission.
  • Bonuses and incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
