Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase TruGreen's services and products
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close sales
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
