Marketing Specialist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process department invoices, track affidavit analysis, reconcile, and allocate costs to ensure consistency in expense-type and market allocation.
  • Support the Marketing team in coordinating marketing materials and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an active vendor list for media placement and print production.
  • Perform limited in-house design work and content development as assigned.
  • Assist with sourcing and distributing branch marketing supplies and promotional items, maintaining inventory records and processing fulfillment requests.
  • Represent the Bank at community, business, and educational functions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or administrative support.
  • Basic knowledge of financial institution products and services.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience.
