Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments with clients to determine areas of interest, skill level, and aptitude
  • Provide guidance on appropriate WIOA pathways
  • Arrange, coordinate, and monitor program activities for individuals
  • Document payments, case notes, and training plans through EMPLOYMT
  • Coordinate with community training partners, employers, and other resources to enroll clients in training
  • Provide ongoing assistance to clients, training partners, and employers through regular meetings, phone calls, or email

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of interviewing methods and current social and labor market conditions
  • Knowledge of WIOA Program rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients, coworkers, employers, and training partners
  • Skill in the use of computers and ability to learn EMPLOYMT
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
