About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to lead our digital product design efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process for digital products, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and effective
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on digital products
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user research methods
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to apply visual design expertise with a focus on clean, modern design
