The Graphic Designer I will report to the Graphic Designer II for Marketing and Communication at Alcorn State University. This role will be responsible for fulfilling day-to-day requests and executing projects. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs.
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media.
- Design and create attractive online and print assets to drive social engagement, website traffic, email campaigns, social, print, and banner ads.
- Participate and support creative ideations and generate new concepts.
- Create projects from concept to completion.
- Provides design proofs for review and approval.
- Bachelor's degree or other equivalent education in graphic design, fine or visual arts, digital media or related field.
- Three years of experience in graphic design.
The Graphic Designer I will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to manage their workflow and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to working within tight deadlines.
