Job Overview

As a Chemical Production Equipment Operator, you will be integral to the production process by effectively managing and supplying essential materials. Your role is crucial in maintaining production flow by adhering to established protocols, communicating with fellow operators, and overseeing inventory levels. It is imperative to document and report any material shortages promptly. Safety is a top priority, and compliance with all company regulations is expected. We support continuous skill enhancement within our team, equipping you with the necessary tools to meet specific operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the previous shift to gain insights into current production requirements (e.g., preparing materials, quality control samples).
  • Ensure the availability of all necessary production tools (blades, filters, buckets, etc.) as required.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of all production batches and materials, ensuring they are readily available.
  • Adhere strictly to quality control procedures when handling materials for mixing, production areas, and quality assurance representatives.
  • Transport finished products from production machines to the designated areas and manage storage efficiently.
  • Deliver production tools to operators as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory, tracking needs, and providing location information as necessary.
  • Organize stock effectively using forklifts and other equipment.
  • Safely dispose of empty containers in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks related to equipment cleaning and preparation.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace by managing recyclable materials appropriately.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in material handling and forklift operation.
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with production software such as SAP or Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Schedule: 12-hour Evening Shift, 7 PM - 7 AM
