Position Summary:

As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Specialist II, you will play a vital role in supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management. Your primary focus will be to act as a visual deterrent against theft and dishonesty while fostering a positive shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional presence at the front of the store.
  • Serve as a visual deterrent to discourage potential theft.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Store Emergency Response Guide.
  • Wear the complete company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera.
  • Welcome customers with courtesy and respect.
  • Establish and uphold a position at the front of the store or within specific departments.
  • Assist customers by directing them to store management or customer service via a company-issued radio.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities or incidents to Loss Prevention or store management.
  • Conduct a closing safety sweep of the store with a management team member.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Document necessary incidents in the AIIM Case Management system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail or security.
