Key Responsibilities- Act as a financial advisor and collaborate with our account team to build and deliver executive content, including financial business cases, ROI and TCO analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
- Become the subject matter expert in all cost and commercial related aspects of the customer lifecycle.
- Educate and enable customers with tools to successfully manage cloud and IT spend.
- Assess and identify reporting and analytic needs of customers and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Communicate, establish, and measure KPIs to track progress and success of transformation and optimization within customer organizations.
- Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically.
- Understand and communicate billing, forecasting, and budgeting best practices.
Our team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
- Account management background, working with varying levels of customer maturity.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
