About the Role:

Honor Community Health is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinical behavioral health services to our patients, ensuring a professional and skilled program of care and treatment is administered.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical behavioral health services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment.
  • Uphold the health center's mission and quality standards, resulting in better patient health outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships, serving as a liaison on behalf of HCH's centers.

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice in Michigan as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Limited License Psychologist, License Professional Counselor, or Doctoral degree in Psychology.
  • A Master's degree in social work or related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience with mental health.
  • Knowledge of primary care and healthcare integration is strongly recommended.
  • Must maintain BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
