Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician

Honor Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinical behavioral health services to patients, ensuring a professional and skilled program of care and treatment is administered.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical behavioral health services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and treatment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements:
  • Current license to practice in Michigan as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Limited License Psychologist, or License Professional Counselor.
  • Master's degree in social work or related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience with mental health.
  • Knowledge of primary care and healthcare integration is strongly recommended.
  • Must maintain BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
