Records Management Technician – Child & Youth Programs

This role provides essential administrative support to the Youth Services Commission, which operates under the Office of Child and Youth Services. This office encompasses various initiatives including the Youth Services Commission, Juvenile Detention Alternatives, and the Children's Inter-Agency Coordinating Council.

The position is responsible for monitoring and verifying that the contracted organizations maintain the required documentation in accordance with compliance standards. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the organization of subcontract agreements, maintaining comprehensive files, preparing for meetings, managing documentation, handling phone communications, and overseeing incoming correspondence.

  • Delivers administrative support to the Office of Child and Youth Services
  • Maintains organized files for contracted organizations
  • Assists with contract management, financial, and program reporting
  • Facilitates meeting preparation and organization
  • Handles unit communications
  • Manages mail, orders supplies, and aids in processing purchase orders

Note: All positions within Monmouth County require on-site presence. Remote work options are not available.
