Monmouth County Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk 1/Telephone Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including typing, answering phones, filing, scanning documents, and reception duties.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist Human Service Specialist Units with logs, supply orders, and typing documents.

* Provide exceptional customer service, directing inquiries to the appropriate units and entering reception visits into the database.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including scanning case files and opening and distributing mail.

* Ensure efficient communication, sending and retrieving faxes as needed.

**Requirements:**

* Previous customer service experience is preferred.

* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

**Work Locations:**

The successful candidate will be based in either the Main Office in Freehold or Ocean Township, with the possibility of working at various offsite community agencies and facilities within Monmouth County.
