Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of the Admin Dashboard at Kixie. The Admin Dashboard is a vital part of our platform, offering users the tools they need to manage their teams, monitor performance, and optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Admin Dashboard, ensuring alignment with Kixie's overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for innovation.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to prioritize and deliver features that meet customer expectations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage the product backlog, making informed decisions on feature prioritization based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new features.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes effectively to internal stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the Admin Dashboard is intuitive, user-friendly, and addresses the needs of both technical and non-technical users.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Admin Dashboard and inform ongoing improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to keep Kixie's Admin Dashboard at the forefront of the market.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who can lead the development of the Admin Dashboard. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing and launching complex product features or products.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with CRM, sales tools, or telephony products is a plus.
