Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Global Certification, Assurance and Trust Team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing certification strategies that align with our business and product imperatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Engineering, to develop and execute certification strategies.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of NIST 800-53 requirements and FedRAMP authorization processes, and translate them into requirements for internal teams.
  • Drive FedRAMP audit and Continuous Monitoring engineering activities, including producing POAM.
  • Hands-on experience with SSP development and understanding complex technical security architectures.
  • Effectively communicate with all invested areas of the organization and management stakeholders.
  • Develop a solid technical understanding of the product line to speak fluently with consultants, certification agencies, and more.
  • Perform basic product testing and certifications documentation development to ensure success during the certification process.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology-focused FedRAMP risk assessments and remediation management.
  • At least 3 years of experience with FedRAMP and Continuous Monitoring.
  • At least 3 years of experience in systems administration for Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with technology products and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal partners and customers.
  • Curious, positive, and transparent attitude is critical for success.
  • Strong ability to work with minimum supervision and assertive yet open, thoughtful, respectful, and easy to work with.
  • BS degree (or equivalent technical degree or equivalent military experience) required - MS preferred.
  • CISA, CRISC, CISSP or other similar security certifications desired.
