FYZICAL-Southwest Sport and Spine Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time Medical Office Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as part of our Administrative Team. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our center.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient schedules, appointments, and registration processes
  • Assist with front desk duties, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including data entry, filing, and record management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, files, and databases
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office setting or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, database software, and Microsoft Office
