Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Clinical Assistant to join our team at MountainView Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct administrative and clinical support to medical providers for optimal patient care and efficient visits.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for preparing for patient visits, assisting with routine office visits and procedures, and completing administrative tasks. Your excellent organizational and time-management skills will enable you to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare for patient visits by reviewing medical histories, updating charts, and gathering relevant information.
- Assist medical providers with routine office visits, including vital signs, injections, and other procedures.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and managing electronic health records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical charts, lab results, and medication lists.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Prior experience in a physician office setting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for working with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
$40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
