Medical Unit Coordinator

Three Crosses Regional Hospital is seeking a Medical Unit Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our Med Surg unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
About the RoleThis is a full-time night shift position that requires a high level of organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with our nursing staff and other hospital departments to coordinate patient care, schedule lab tests and x-rays, and maintain accurate records.
In addition to your coordination skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, and will play a critical role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate Required
- Current BLS Required
- Preferred ACLS
- Basic computer skills
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
