Front Office Coordinator

About the Job:
As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with their needs, managing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes
- Process financial transactions, including credit card payments and cash handling
- Verify and complete audit paperwork and shift reports
- Communicate with management and other staff members regarding shift information and guest concerns
- Provide exceptional guest service and sell hotel value to maximize reservations and room sales
What We Offer:
