**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and execute activities related to delinquency control and recovery
  • Handle incoming and outgoing collection calls and correspondence
  • Send notifications and letters to members regarding outstanding accounts
  • Inform members about their account status and provide guidance on resolution options
  • Utilize available tools and resources for positive resolutions and account management
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage repossession proceedings, litigation, and bankruptcy referrals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member accounts

**Requirements:**

  • This is an in-office position, not remote
  • Must be reliable, motivated, and self-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in credit union, banking, or related fields is highly desirable
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and members, and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with repossession, litigation, and bankruptcy processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Reliable transportation for client visits, with a valid driver's license and necessary insurance
  • Hourly pay with guaranteed full-time hours
