Overview:
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for executing night audit procedures to maintain financial integrity and adhere to hotel standards. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional service is delivered to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile daily revenue reports by auditing Point of Sale records to detail revenue, covers, service fees, and settlements.
  • Generate audit reports from the front office system and other relevant platforms.
  • Address any discrepancies and troubleshoot computer issues that arise during your shift.
  • Record revenue, expenses, and allowances in the front office system to produce daily summaries.
  • Reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts each night, maintain accurate records, and prepare the system for the following day.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for shifts.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
  • Availability on Weekends is Required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in making accurate calculations.
  • Ability to handle guest and team member inquiries in a courteous and positive manner.
  • Competence in accessing and inputting information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication style for different audiences.
