Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Hilton Atlanta Perimeter. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to hotel management and department heads, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting: Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process.
  • Guest Services: Ensure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay by responding to inquiries, processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolving guest complaints, and other front office duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired.
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills: Great communication and excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired.
  • Experience: Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Schedule: Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
