Advanced Practice Provider

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team of experienced, outpatient-based APPs and oncology physicians. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our network.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care as a full-time APP in oncology
Collaborate with oncology physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current, valid license (registration) by the Ohio Board of Nursing or applicable state board
DEA license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification (preferred)
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner certification verified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
