Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical support to our medical team, including pre-visit planning, patient rooming, and post-visit coordination.
  • Collect patient vital signs, manage medication refills, and perform point-of-care testing.
  • Document patient information in our electronic medical record and maintain clinic flow.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to complete within 90 days.
  • One or more of the following: successful completion of a formal medical services training program, current Oregon EMT license, completion of a nationally recognized accredited LPN training program, or completion of a nationally recognized accredited CMA training program.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven knowledge of patient care and aseptic technique.
  • Ability to work well with providers and other staff.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Physical Qualifications:
  • Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking.
  • May be required to lift 20 pounds.
  • Requires use of computer, phone, and general office equipment.
