Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests to the hotel with a warm and genuine smile, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Direct guests and vehicles on the front drive, ensuring a seamless and efficient arrival experience.
  • Park and retrieve guest and hotel vehicles, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Provide guests with expert knowledge of hotel rooms, services, and features, ensuring that they feel informed and supported throughout their stay.
  • Assist with luggage and provide hotel room orientations, showcasing a deep understanding of our hotel's amenities and services.
  • Deliver amenities and other items to guest rooms, demonstrating a high level of efficiency and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Follow hotel guidelines and talking points, ensuring that every interaction with guests is consistent and exceptional.
  • This role may also involve driving hotel vehicles off property for short distances to facilitate guest drop-offs and pick-ups, or to retrieve items as requested.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred, with a minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and exceptional guest recovery skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to participate in a learning environment.
  • Ability to integrate company values throughout all interactions, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Dependability and availability to work within the resort on weekends, nights, and/or holidays based on business demands.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time, approximately six hours, and to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks. Manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing are also required. The ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis is essential.
