Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by ensuring that all accommodations are impeccably maintained. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to our guests' overall satisfaction.

• Thoroughly clean and organize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies.
• Identify and report any maintenance concerns or damages in guest rooms to facilitate prompt repairs.
• Adhere to the hotel's cleanliness standards and policies in all designated areas.
• Restock and manage inventory of guest room essentials such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the department.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
