Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at KVC Health Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices and check requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Input and upload invoices into our accounts payable system
  • Prepare and issue payments via checks and electronic transfers
  • Maintain vendor profiles with accurate coding, tax, and bank information
  • Provide professional and courteous correspondence with internal and external customers
  • Respond promptly to internal staff and external vendor inquiries

Requirements:

  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or one to three years of related experience and/or training
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid Auto Insurance
