Job Description
- Serves as primary customer service representative for the Children's Services Department.
- Communicates with potential and current program patrons, vendors, and agency partners.
- Answers parent inquiries on program content, fee structure, program placement, financial aid, and enrollment.
- Monitors program payments and collects delinquent fees.
- Manages grants, financial assistance program, accounts payable, and cash reconciliation.
- Enters recreation catalog copy for department.
- Provides assistance and support for department members upon request.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe, including electronic file retention.
- 1 year customer service, including telephone calls and face-to-face communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; works well with others.
- Associate degree.
