Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Comptroller/Bookkeeper to join our team at ProResponse Staffing. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with experience in data entry, account reconciliation, and financial analysis. You will be well-versed in various software systems and able to learn and operate other systems quickly.

This is a flexible role with a mix of in-office and remote work, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
