Job Title: Marketing Lead for Energy and Industrial Automation

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team at UL Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive commercialization efforts in the Energy and Industrial Automation segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize commercialization efforts in the Energy and Industrial Automation segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide commercial insights and data to support portfolio decisions.
  • Develop messaging and strategy to empower the marketing organization to develop and execute plans that meet growth targets and business objectives.
  • Lead efforts to complete competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and impending risks.
  • Interlock with strategic communication, Marketing Operations, and Regional Marketing to lead development of buyer-centric campaigns/programs that build awareness and demand for industry solutions.
  • Helps write or curate content in industry vernacular for industry inbound and outbound marketing activities.
  • Leads efforts to monitor and report on industry marketing successes and return on investment (ROI) against defined goals/metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, communication, or related field, plus generally more than 6 years of experience.
  • Strong project planning and management.
  • Process improvement.
  • Strong capabilities and experience working with senior leaders.
  • Able to understand technical and scientific issues and to translate complex information for nonscientific audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing and/or using a wide array of internal communication tools.
  • Business-to-Business marketing experience in the Energy or Automotive sector is a plus.
