Mental Health Therapist Specialist

Job Description- Provide high-quality psychosocial assessments and therapies to patients in the Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program (CD IOP).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and transition planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Kentucky.
- Prior experience working with psychiatric and substance use disorders preferred.
