Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities include working with the agent to manage the website and social media content, identifying and supporting local community events, establishing and meeting marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will also work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
Qualifications include the ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses, sales experience, marketing experience, and proficiency in social media, website, and email content generation. Self-motivation, people-orientation, creativity, and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
