Key Responsibilities:
Review and maintain documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation
Implement ECOs and MCOs
Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part numbers
Manage database integrity
Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2-4 years of document control experience
Experience in digital records management in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing
Intermediate computer skills in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work with Google Suite
Experience with Agile and Oracle a plus
