Job Description

Cedars-Sinai seeks a highly skilled Physician Compensation Manager to coordinate the development and implementation of faculty and physician compensation plans. This role will work closely with executive management, legal counsel, and human resources to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate faculty and physician compensation strategies and models to align with financial and organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of physician compensation plans and ensure timely and accurate communication of changes with financial and/or budgetary impact.
  • Work with executive management, legal counsel, and human resources to develop new agreements and make vital revisions to existing agreements.
  • Maintain the database of all existing agreements and perform financial modeling, conduct internal valuations, and assessments to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise assigned personnel and ensure that compensation programs are market competitive and modified as needed due to competitive market criteria and/or changes in business strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years of Healthcare Finance and physician compensation experience required.
