Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at TalenTech Digital. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-tier technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems and software.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and platforms.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
