Job Summary

Alignment Healthcare is seeking an experienced Enrollment Representative to join our team. As an Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless enrollment processes for our members. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new plan enrollments, researching and validating enrollments from error reports and CMS daily files.
  • Ensure all data entry is completed within the required timeframe.
  • Communicate with members and CMS to gather information or provide updates for corrections.
  • Review the TRR on a daily basis and submit daily transaction files to CMS.
  • Ensure all enrollments, denials, and rejects meet Medicare guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison to Sales Representatives, ensuring new enrollments are processed properly.
  • Data entry of all enrollment applications and disenrollments into our data system.
  • Track pending enrollments for additional information needed for qualification.
  • Assist in departmental compliance tasks, including the Working Aged Survey Mailing and Annual Notice of Change Letter.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to three years customer service experience.
  • Direct sales or related experience preferably in the Managed Care industry.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required.
Working Environment

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $21-$23. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional care to our members.
