Job Overview

Position Summary:
Mazda of Greenville is in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented individual for the role of Automotive Service Attendant.

This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and takes pride in maintaining a tidy and organized dealership environment.

As an Automotive Service Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the cleanliness and overall appearance of the dealership's service area while delivering outstanding customer service to all visitors.


Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $10 to $15, paid semimonthly. In addition to the hourly compensation, employees will have access to benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision plans, a 401k retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet all visitors upon their arrival at the dealership.
  • Safely park, retrieve, and deliver customer vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free service area.
  • Oversee and manage the inventory of loaner vehicles.
  • Assist service advisors with customer inquiries and updates on vehicle status.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns regarding the service area.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Support other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
