  • Coordinate daily shipments and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery.
  • Maintain organized records of back orders and will-call items, ensuring timely follow-up with vendors.
  • Support service technicians by sourcing parts required for ongoing repairs.
  • Open and manage repair orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders and parts received.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all dealership departments, maintaining a collaborative environment.
  • Process returns and issue credits while adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax-exempt sales procedures when applicable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts department.
  • Stay informed about new products and industry updates through ongoing training.
  • Participate in tracking lost sales and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and report any incidents to management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an automotive parts department.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and meet all pre-employment requirements.
