Job Summary:
Daifuku America Corp is seeking an experienced Inventory Procurement Specialist to manage our spare parts, materials, and supplies inventory. This role involves ordering, provisioning, and maintaining inventory records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct procurement activities in line with company guidelines
• Evaluate vendors for optimal cost and service
• Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts
• Track inventory issues and returns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and databases
• Conduct regular inventories and audits
• Foster relationships with suppliers
• Perform quality inspections
• Manage departmental budget
• Reconcile purchase orders and invoices
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in parts procurement and inventory control
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years' experience, proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of technical or automotive parts, and familiarity with ISO standards

Additional Requirements:
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the Employer's insurance policy
• Must comply with the ELS Drug and Alcohol policy

Salary and Benefits:
Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $80,000 depending on location and experience. Daifuku America Corp offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
