Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to enhance our Inside Sales Team. This role is crucial for driving our growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen business relationships within a defined customer base.
- Utilize a consultative approach to identify customer needs and operational challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value of IMAGINiT's solutions and services.
- Prioritize daily activities based on potential impact and urgency.
- Lead sales presentations and proposal development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize on account management.
- Maintain and update a rolling business action plan.
- Utilize sales tools and technology to enhance efficiency and engagement.
- Commit to continuous professional development and industry knowledge.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Objective:
Minimum of one year of proven sales success or extensive customer engagement experience. - Strong business acumen with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
- Comfortable engaging with a high volume of accounts daily.
- Ability to conduct business discussions at various organizational levels.
- Skilled in managing multiple teams and resources to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Proficient in sales platforms and customer-related technologies.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on growth and expansion.Proactive in taking initiative and accountable for results.Open to coaching and committed to continuous improvement.Team-oriented with a competitive spirit.
Performance Indicators:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
